  • What is the cancellation policy?
    There’s no fee if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start time. The cancellation fee is the 2-hour minimum (or 75%) of the total time booked, whichever is more. We do this out of respect for our sitters’ time. If you book a job with less than 24 hours' notice, you have a 30-minute grace period to cancel before you’re charged a fee. Also, if you cancel before you are assigned a sitter, you are not charged a cancellation fee.
