1. Placement Phase
Book our services by choosing the tariff plan that suits you best and fill out the form indicating your details and wishes. Or download our app and follow the prompts.
2. Payment
Once you’ve booked – an invoice will be sent to the email you placed. After the payment is settled, kindly send proof of payment to email info@pinoyaya.com and confirmation will be sent along with a receipt of payment.

How To Get Our Full-Time Service

3. Profiles
Our overall processing could take up to 3 weeks-1 month (beginning to end). Due to our custom-made caregiver, there are several factors that could take time. Each client’s preference is different. However, our recruitment team generates a weekly pool of applicants therefore we will be able to send you profiles on a weekly basis.
4. Interview Portion
Once you’ve picked a profile to interview – we will be scheduling a conference call between the client – Pinoyaya staff – the candidate.
5. Deployment
Once you’ve already decided to hire the applicant of your choice – this next stage will be the planning of the date and time of deployment. However, if you wish to see more profiles, you may request to see more. Profiles are based on the shortlisting of applicants according to your checklist in Step 2.
